Rodrigo Moreira is a widely recognized Executive Director in the Ecuadorian beauty pageant industry.
He was appointed CEO and President of Miss Teen Universe and has been a vital part of our expansion, bringing extensive experience, and a passion for beauty pageants. “As a former contestant and beauty pageant titleholder, I’ve learned everything you need to develop powerful skills and build a successful career in the industry, all while embracing your experiences and owning your space. I’ve witnessed the evolution of our contestants, the strength, and resilience of young women. From mastering runway walks and supporting foundations with our contestants, to helping them maximize their potential, achieve their goals, and discover their purpose in life.”
As a Director and Producer, I’ve worked on many beauty pageants to foster service and contribution, and to inspire others directors and executives to achieve extraordinary outcomes creating our own formula for success —keep up the faith, character, mindset, commitment, transparency, kindness, and respect in all our work activities—.
